Ms. Bernie did a wonderful job treating our kittens over the weekend. She had an injury to her leg/hip. She was very genuine and friendly. We'd gladly come back.
Ms. Berni may be a good veterinarian... unfortunately, my experience wasn't entirely positive... especially the communication was really not optimal; questions weren't answered despite repeated inquiries (or were curtly dismissed)... in the end, the dog owner was blamed and treated accordingly... Ms. Berni could definitely work on her communication skills...
Very friendly and accommodating. My rabbit's neutering went perfectly, and the little one is doing wonderfully. Thank you! :)
