Best ever!!!
A very empathetic veterinarian with my anxious dog. Overall very friendly, competent, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. If we're ever in Munich again, this will definitely be our go-to vet.
My dog woke up and couldn't walk. I tried calling the practice several times, but no one answered, not even the answering machine. So I drove there with my sick dog. It was about 11:15 when I arrived. The receptionist was on the phone for a long time, then spoke to another woman about dog food. When I told her I wanted to register for this emergency, she sent me away, telling me to find another practice because I wouldn't be seen until 12, when the office hours end. The doctors are certainly very good. But the fact that the receptionist simply kicked us out after about 15 minutes of waiting without consulting the doctor first was completely unacceptable.
I took my dog Lotte to Ms. von Selzam a year ago for an eye infection and I am absolutely thrilled with the competent and incredibly patient treatment. They really take their time with all the animal's needs and treat her gently and without force, just as I wanted for my anxious dog. Afterwards, we came regularly for medical training and made tremendous progress. My dog, who used to want to back away as fast as possible, has become a dog who happily enters the treatment room and feels very comfortable there. Choosing Ms. von Selzam and her entire exceptionally kind and empathetic team was the best decision I could have made. Keep up the great work!
I brought my dog, who was severely injured by a dog bite, to the practice. She received such excellent care, from the two surgeries to the aftercare. We felt very well looked after. The whole team were such lovely people – thank you so much again.
