Here, the animal's well-being is paramount, not the money! Dr. Bauer takes excellent care of her patients and puts a lot of thought into their care. We've been taking our British Shorthair cats, Rumba and Ramses, to Dr. Bauer for a long time. She always takes plenty of time and is available day and night. We owe her a great deal and are very grateful for her help and support. I wish there were more veterinarians like her, who truly prioritize the animal's well-being. Thank you to the entire team and to Dr. Bauer for everything!

In May 2025, I moved back to my old hometown of Dreieichenhain with my Havanese dog, Oskar, and we both met Ms. Bauer. Oskar was an older gentleman, 13 and a half years old, and when he became ill, we visited the veterinary practice on a Friday. They drew blood, and Ms. Bauer called to arrange for immediate testing. The results were bad, and Ms. Bauer said we should come in daily for transfusions and injections. When I objected that it was Friday and then the weekend, she replied, "Oskar is sick, so it doesn't matter what day it is." Now that's dedication!

Unfortunately, our dog had a very bad experience as a puppy with another veterinarian who was recommended to us at the time. Since then, vet visits have generally been very stressful for him – he'd much rather leave the practice immediately. We only switched to Ms. Bauer later. Unfortunately, our previous appointments have mainly involved injections, which, of course, hasn't exactly increased his enthusiasm. At the vet's, he can therefore be quite loud and annoyed: he growls, doesn't cope well with the muzzle at all, and hates being restrained. At around 40 kg, he's not exactly a small lapdog, but rather a boisterous, rambunctious animal. All the more reason to commend the entire team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, calm, and understanding. I especially appreciate that I never feel judged for my dog's behavior. Instead, they show a great deal of understanding that his reactions stem from bad experiences in the past. The team remains calm, takes their time, and handles him with great patience. As a result, the treatment always goes well in the end. And as soon as it's all over, there are treats – then the world is right again. Many thanks to Ms. Bauer and the whole team for your patience, kindness, and respectful treatment of both animals and people. We feel truly well cared for.

Yesterday, I took my cat Cookie to Dr. Bauer's veterinary clinic in Dreieichenhain, and I'm absolutely thrilled. My cat was very scared, but Dr. Bauer was incredibly empathetic, patient, and calm with her. I've never experienced such loving yet competent care from a veterinarian before. You can immediately tell that she practices her profession with heart and passion, while also working very professionally. I'm so happy that Cookie now has such a wonderful vet. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease and in good hands. Thank you so much for the excellent care – we will definitely be back!
