Reviews
I would prefer to give zero stars. My cat was recently hit by a car, and a kind neighbor saw it and took him to the vet. Unfortunately, they couldn't determine the owner using the microchip. My cat ultimately had to be euthanized. A colleague of mine found out I was missing my cat and heard that his exact breed had been found injured near a friend's house and had to be put down. I then called the vet in tears and asked what I should do and what would happen to my cat's body. Her response was very cold; she simply said, "The only thing you have to do now is pay the bill." (Which, by the way, was very high!)
I commissioned Dr. Bach to euthanize my 16-year-old dog, Jamie, at my home. She showed absolutely no empathy. It was traumatic! I cannot recommend Dr. Bach!
The best vet saved my dog from vomiting and stomach cramps. My dog hadn't eaten for three days beforehand, but after the injection, he started eating again and is healthy. Now he just needs a vaccination. Highly recommended, the best vet. Vincenzo Fuschillo
Dr. Bach did a wonderful job helping our cat after he was bitten on the paw. She took plenty of time and was very gentle with our pet; I found her to be highly competent and friendly. I would recommend her without hesitation and will continue to have my animals treated by her!
Unfortunately, I can only agree with all the reviews. My 19-year-old cat (under constant veterinary care) escaped yesterday, and I couldn't find him. I had already called our vet this morning to arrange for him to be euthanized, as we all have COVID. My cat was apparently found and euthanized by Ms. Bach. Despite his tattoo and Tasso registration, I wasn't informed. Only when I searched for my cat on Facebook and received a tip did I call her. She was completely cold, saying she had never seen a cat in such a condition. Oh, really, he's 19, and yes, he had deteriorated drastically over the holidays, and I could pick him up for €110. When I asked why I hadn't been informed, she gave no answer. It's unbelievable and simply outrageous of this woman.
