How do visits work and what happens with anxious or incompatible animals?

To minimise waiting times and reduce stress for the patients, the practice operates strictly by appointment. If your animal is particularly nervous or doesn't get along with other pets or animals, this can be discussed in advance.

Can laboratory tests be carried out directly on site?

The practice has its own in-house laboratory for blood, cytology, faecal, and urine tests. This means many important results are available promptly so targeted treatment can begin without delay.

How is care handled in emergencies outside regular opening hours?

The practice is a member of the Altenkirchen-Westerwald emergency service network. For acute emergencies outside regular opening hours, regional partner veterinary clinics in Betzdorf and Neuwied are also available.

I visited the practice for the first time today. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. I already have the feeling that my dog is getting the help he needs. They actually listen to you here. I spent €1000 at the last two vets. They just took my money, but nobody helped. I'm confident it will be different here.

Humane with animal welfare as the top priority! We've been taking our cats there for years. The whole team is simply wonderful! So friendly, calm, and personable. And they don't just care about the animals' well-being. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to any pet owner.

We've been taking our dog there for a while now and have nothing but positive things to say. Both the vet and the rest of the team are excellent. Everything works so well when the team is a good fit and works together effectively. She always takes plenty of time, and you're not just a number being rushed through. I can definitely recommend this practice. Keep up the great work!
