Unfortunately, I'd give their employee zero stars. Last Monday, a dog we care for through our organization was brought there. The employee's diagnosis: severe heart disease, massive fluid in the lungs. She gave him furosemide to reduce the fluid. On Friday, yesterday, the dog was so ill that he had to be rushed to the veterinary clinic. Luckily, he was seen by a cardiologist. Diagnosis: no fluid in the lungs, heart perfectly fine. The dog's illness was due to the diuretics. He has pneumonia. Our regular appointment for a heart ultrasound wasn't until the 15th; would the dog even have survived until then with the medication? Perhaps before hiring someone, they should first check if they can read an X-ray. My AI was better at it and made the correct diagnosis. Or maybe they should just give the employees AI training? That would also be a solution. I've only heard good things about the practice owner, Dr. Ströder, so this really is just about the staff, for whose actions she is fully responsible! Please take this into account when making this assessment.

For several years, I've been a patient of the Kaisereiche veterinary practice, and I've always felt well cared for, both professionally and personally. Ms. Ströder and Ms. André are two experienced and empathetic veterinarians who clearly prioritize the animals' well-being. Examinations and treatments were explained in an easy-to-understand way, and I never felt that more was done than necessary. I also always found their prices to be fair. Ms. Ströder has a very special talent. With remarkable calm and a steady hand, she finds and accesses even the most hidden vein without any probing. I've certainly had different experiences elsewhere. I'm very grateful to have been cared for by this practice for so many years. Especially during difficult times, it was comforting to know that there were people by my side who truly cared about animals. Only in the final, quiet moments with my deceased cat did I wish for a little more peace and quiet. In that situation, the (well-deserved) relaxed atmosphere and the laughter from the other rooms felt painful. I know, of course, that this wasn't meant maliciously and that life went on as normal for everyone else. This hasn't diminished my high regard for the practice. I simply wanted to mention it here as food for thought. Many thanks to Ms. Ströder, Ms. André, and the entire team for their years of care and support.
