We were visiting relatives in the Westerwald region on the first weekend in May when our nine-month-old dog, Konrad, shredded a pillbox, and we weren't sure if he'd gotten hold of a blood thinner. Of course, it was after 10:00 p.m.! Ms. Rückert was available for her own patients via an emergency number, which we called in our time of need. Both during the phone consultation that evening, and the next day at the practice, and later when we sorted out our insurance claim, we felt very welcome, well cared for, and received expert advice. The entire team radiates friendliness, empathy, and calm towards both animals and people… If this practice were located near us, it would be our first choice!
I can't say anything about the veterinarian in this regard, however, I can comment on the situation—which, apparently, is no longer a situation at all—her abysmal, poor, primitive, inappropriate, and, I suspect, completely unpredictable way she expressed herself! On Thursday at noon in the park in Holler, I walked a few meters past her, and as an older man from here had quietly remarked earlier, I'll just shut her down again—ambiguously and inappropriately, in the sense that this is necessary, as is everything else—she replied with a laugh, "Then you have to clearly mark what's being done!" In essence, she said that it should be obvious to me!! Mind you, these are the kind of people who are known to be perverse in absolutely every respect, as she had already made clear earlier in the week!! ] ' ... If someone doesn't understand the content of this criticism/review, or perhaps doesn't want to understand, that the doctor's office car was parked directly in front of the parking entrance, it's important to note that it shouldn't normally be parked like that in such a large parking area. That wasn't the point here, though! But yes, perhaps in that case, one should consider making the parking space more clearly marked.
Unfortunately, I had to call Ms. Rückert at 1:30 in the morning because my cat was having trouble breathing and was unsteady on his feet. Ms. Rückert immediately got in her car and came to the practice. She treated my cat with such loving care and attention. She took plenty of time for him and offered me an appointment for the very next morning. I am so grateful to Ms. Rückert! She and her team saved my cat's life! All the other staff and veterinarians were also very empathetic, understanding, and kind. I would bring my animals to this wonderful practice again and again. Thank you!
