We brought our poisoned cat to the vet's office yesterday morning as an emergency. It looked really bad, but Mr. Müller and Ms. Pfeiffer did everything they could to save her! Since it was Saturday, we should have left at 11:30 am and gone to an animal hospital. But the team kept going until the afternoon, constantly encouraging us and never giving up hope! Our cat survived (!!) although she's still battling a fever. We're so happy and grateful nonetheless! A huge ❤️ THANK YOU ❤️ to the whole team!! You can see from the pictures how she was yesterday. Today she's already cuddling with her best friend again 🥰

I was here a few weeks ago with my mother's dog due to an emergency. The staff member was very friendly and they helped quickly. I can only report positive experiences.

After our little 10-month-old Chihuahua puppy was hit by a car, we went to our trusted veterinary practice in Selters, where we've been going for over 50 years. The staff immediately provided loving, empathetic, and first-class care for our little one and for us, taking care of everything necessary. We were supported during this difficult time and, as always, felt very well cared for. Mr. Müller and his team gave it their all. We are so grateful for everything! Both pet and owner are always in the best hands. Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic team! Despite my anxious dog, I always felt well cared for and taken seriously. They took their time and worked without pressure. The empathetic nature of the entire team made me feel reassured. Even in stressful situations, the whole team remained empathetic, friendly, and calm. Highly recommended!
