I was here a few weeks ago with my mother's dog due to an emergency. The staff member was very friendly and they helped quickly. I can only report positive experiences.

The empathetic nature of the entire team made me feel reassured. Even in stressful situations, the whole team remained empathetic, friendly, and calm. Highly recommended!

After our little 10-month-old Chihuahua puppy was hit by a car, we went to our trusted veterinary practice in Selters, where we've been going for over 50 years. The staff immediately provided loving, empathetic, and first-class care for our little one and for us, taking care of everything necessary. We were supported during this difficult time and, as always, felt very well cared for. Mr. Müller and his team gave it their all. We are so grateful for everything! 🐾 Top-notch care and expertise – highly recommended! We took our dog Runa to Dr. Krämer for an ultrasound and X-ray and were absolutely thrilled. The entire team is incredibly friendly and very understanding – both towards us and Runa. Dr. Krämer took ample time to explain everything calmly and in detail. The examination (the ultrasound and X-ray) was performed extremely professionally and gently, so Runa experienced hardly any stress. You can immediately sense the high level of expertise and the love for animals in this practice. The practice rooms are modern, clean, and exude a calming atmosphere.
