Today we took our dog Simba to Dr. Noll and her team to have a baby tooth (retained canine) extracted. From the very beginning, we felt we were in excellent hands – very friendly, empathetic, and professional. Everything was explained smoothly and patiently, so we could entrust Simba to their care without any worries. Although I was still quite anxious about the general anesthesia, as every dog ​​reacts and tolerates it differently... The procedure went perfectly, and the aftercare was also explained to us clearly. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. A big thank you to Dr. Noll and the entire team! We are very satisfied and can highly recommend the practice! Even though it's a bit of a detour for us, we would definitely go back to Dr. Noll again :)

We went to the veterinary practice on Saturday for the emergency appointment. We received very friendly advice over the phone and were able to come in promptly. The practice itself is modern and patient-friendly/customer-oriented. For example, there are separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats. In the cat waiting room, there are blankets that can be sprayed with pheromones to calm the cats. Everyone was very kind and calm in their interactions with both animals and people. Highly recommended!
