A really nice veterinarian who takes her time with her patients and really pays attention to what's going on. I highly recommend her.

I'm truly grateful that we received help so quickly. Even though we were new to the practice, we were offered an appointment at very short notice – that's definitely not a given! My dog ​​was very ill, but Dr. Hörter cared for her with so much calm, patience, and compassion that we immediately felt in good hands. You can tell that animal welfare is truly our top priority here. We'll definitely be back – thank you so much to the entire team!

Not a good vet in my opinion. We took two cats there. One was for a consultation about neutering, and the other was for a check-up. Our cat was put under anesthesia so quickly, without us having signed anything or been informed about the procedure. Then, while the vet was still stitching, we were simply taken into the operating room and shown what she had removed. That's not what sterile looks like to me. Very questionable. She was also sent home completely sedated, which I find irresponsible. And paying €65 just to have my cat's bottom washed with dish soap is outrageous. But I suppose the fancy facilities have to be paid for. Any other vet would have told us to try doing it at home. Well, once was enough.

Dr. Hörter put my Hope to sleep today at 9:45 a.m., after spending a long time with me searching for solutions to help her recover. Patricia was also there with all her heart, but today we lost the battle. Anyone who speaks ill of Dr. Hörter should definitely stay out of my way!! I thank this wonderful, kind-hearted woman and will continue to entrust my animals to her care! Cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully, my darling. I will always love you, Hope! 😭
