My impressions are very positive. Yesterday I was able to see my cat again for the first time. I didn't even realize my vet's office was closed. We were seen despite not having an appointment. The ladies at reception and the vet herself were very nice. The cat received her vaccinations, and she has a follow-up appointment the next day.

I am absolutely thrilled; even my otherwise very aggressive cat is treated there competently and successfully WITHOUT any struggle on his part!

I thought my shy old cat Lexi would scratch her arm and bite her hands until they bled, but... what some here are calling *rough* is actually a firm, professional grab that doesn't hurt the animals at all! I'm impressed and feel my cat is in the best hands! I wasn't pressured into anything here either. She truly cares about the animals' well-being and not the pharmaceutical industry! And Ms. Geier, the receptionist, is absolutely wonderful! THANK YOU!

A very nice veterinarian who was incredibly gentle with my anxious Lotte (a bulldog) and saved her eye. However, she struggles with people who don't understand her explanations at all and either ignore or dismiss medical necessity. I suspect this is the reason for some of the negative reviews. An eye examination doesn't have to take 30 minutes and can sometimes be as short as 5 minutes, depending on the individual and the equipment used. I've been present for my Bella's eye exams at other clinics quite often. Now with Lotte... I highly recommend Dr. Brüse.

Extremely discriminatory: They said they wouldn't accept me because I have a large (36 kg) dog. How can they claim not to accept large dogs when they have a Rottweiler on their homepage?
