Ms. Koch has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. The photo shows my Malinois, whom she helps so much with everything. From the rabbits I used to care for to my big dog today – she's the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This practice is world-class. Even at reception, the staff is always friendly and patient. I've never encountered a single annoyed or grumpy person there. All the veterinarians are empathetic and attentive listeners. You don't get any subtle criticism because your cat is a little chubby; instead, they explain things, consider options, and discuss them together. They are professionally up-to-date and modern. I've never felt so comfortable at a veterinary practice. Everyone is simply lovely. I'm looking forward to the new cat clinic.

We have had only positive experiences with the entire practice. For the past few years, we have only had senior dogs, and all of our dogs have been and continue to be treated very well. In emergencies, which happen quite often with senior dogs, quick and competent help is always available. No unnecessary treatments are performed; the treatments are always effective! A big thank you to the entire practice team for helping our dogs so well and for alleviating people's anxieties through thorough explanations.
