We came to the practice with our cat as an emergency case just before closing time. The team was very friendly and very empathetic towards us. We can highly recommend them!

We took our dog to this practice back in 2023 and, on the vet's recommendation, decided to have his teeth cleaned there. We traveled 180 km specifically for the appointment. Due to a traffic jam, I arrived 20 minutes late. My dog ​​still had the surgery. Surprisingly, I received a call much earlier than expected, informing me that the operation was already finished. When I arrived at the practice, I was told that the operation had only been partially completed. The reason given was that my 20-minute delay had prevented them from finishing the procedure. A second operation under anesthesia would be necessary to complete the remaining treatment. At that time, my dog ​​was already eleven years old. I was stunned. I find it completely incomprehensible that an older dog would be put under anesthesia a second time because of a 20-minute delay. Regardless of how fit an animal is for its age, every additional anesthetic poses a further risk. I have since requested the X-rays. During a phone call, I was told that these results would only be released to me upon payment of an additional fee. I find it highly questionable that one is charged extra even for receiving one's own test results. All in all, I would definitely not visit this practice again. Not only because of the high prices, but primarily because I didn't get the feeling that the animal's well-being was their top priority.

A few weeks ago, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my beloved cat put to sleep. Although it was one of the most painful moments of my life, I am incredibly grateful to have found my way to this veterinary practice during this difficult time. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly empathetic, patient, and respectful. They carefully explained each step to me, gave me time, and ensured my cat had a peaceful, dignified, and dignified farewell. It was immediately clear that this practice prioritizes not only medical expertise but also genuine love for animals and compassion. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the professional and heartfelt support. This practice is a true ray of sunshine – both professionally and personally. I will recommend them without hesitation.

Unfortunately, we recently had to have our 17-year-old cat euthanized due to end-stage liver failure. The entire team supported us with incredible empathy, respect, and love during this difficult time. They took a lot of time for us and made us feel like we weren't alone in our grief.
