I don't come here voluntarily, only when my mom brings me because I've been up to mischief outside again and hurt myself... 🐾 But the vets and the assistants are always so, so sweet to me. They take their time, pet me, and explain everything very carefully—even if I pee in fright or bite their glove. They still always say I'm a sweetheart (which I really am). I'm so glad this great practice exists and that I don't have to drive far. They've always been able to help me so well! We took our dog to this practice back in 2023 and, on the vet's recommendation, decided to have his teeth cleaned there. We traveled 180 km specifically for the appointment. Due to a traffic jam, I arrived 20 minutes late. My dog ​​still had the surgery. Surprisingly, I received a call much earlier than expected, informing me that the operation was already finished. When I arrived at the practice, I was told that the operation had only been partially completed. The reason given was that my 20-minute delay had prevented them from finishing the procedure. A second operation under anesthesia would be necessary to complete the remaining treatment. At that time, my dog ​​was already eleven years old. I was stunned. I find it completely incomprehensible that an older dog would be put under anesthesia a second time because of a 20-minute delay. Regardless of how fit an animal is for its age, every additional anesthetic poses a further risk. I have since requested the X-rays. During a phone call, I was told that these results would only be released to me upon payment of an additional fee. I find it highly questionable that one is charged extra even for receiving one's own test results. All in all, I would definitely not visit this practice again. Not only because of the high prices, but primarily because I didn't get the feeling that the animal's well-being was their top priority.

We are incredibly grateful for the loving and expert care our cat received and wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice! Our cat had end-stage kidney failure, and we were supported with incredible empathy during this difficult time. Our veterinarian always took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and honestly outlined all the options. Every question was answered patiently, and we always felt taken seriously and well cared for. The entire team was consistently friendly, compassionate, and supportive. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our cat euthanized, the moment was handled with great dignity and compassion. We were especially touched by the personally signed card from the entire team that arrived in our mailbox a week later. Thank you so much for everything!

The veterinary practice is simply fantastic. My dog ​​and I feel very comfortable and well cared for there. All the members of this team are very friendly, incredibly loving, and empathetic. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
