We brought our cat here through the emergency veterinary service. He was having serious problems with one of his hind legs, and a bite wound was suspected. On-site, it quickly became clear that he had several deep bite wounds that needed treatment. The treatment was carried out calmly, expertly, and with great empathy. Every step was carefully considered and explained to us in a very understandable way. The anticipated costs were also presented as transparently as possible before the treatment. The cat was sedated before the procedure because he wouldn't let us touch him. Everything went perfectly, and we hope for a speedy recovery. During our initial phone call, we were informed about possible causes and treatments. We were advised whether an in-person visit was necessary or if we could wait until the next business day. Given his condition, waiting until the next business day was not an option. I have only positive things to say and highly recommend this veterinarian. Thank you so much for the treatment!

I went to the emergency room on Sunday. My cat fell out of the balcony window. Luckily, she was only shocked and in pain from the fall. He treated her so warmly that my cat kept responding, but in a somewhat whining way. I felt very comfortable in the practice. Dr. Bast is a friendly, personable person with a heart of gold. I would always go to his practice if my cats were to become ill.

I was there during emergency service hours and was extremely satisfied. My dog ​​received friendly and competent care.
