It's immediately clear that they care deeply about making the visit as stress-free as possible for the animals. They truly have a heart for both people and animals. Highly recommended!

I am very dissatisfied with this veterinary practice. I find the prices extremely high and completely disproportionate to the services provided. I brought my dog ​​to the clinic because he was suffering from severe, bloody diarrhea. This was a very worrying situation for me. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Instead of conducting a thorough examination or diagnosis, I was told that the possible cause was that my dog ​​wasn't neutered. Since my dog's condition didn't improve, I sought a second opinion from another veterinarian. There, the correct diagnosis was quickly made: Giardia, a parasite that required urgent treatment. After the appropriate treatment, my dog ​​finally got better. I wish my dog ​​had been taken seriously and examined properly from the beginning. An early diagnosis would have saved him unnecessary suffering and me a lot of stress and additional costs. Based on my personal experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice.
