Dr. Häberlein always has a sympathetic ear for my questions. I'm very grateful to her for that, because when it comes to my Elli, there are always questions and uncertainties. But I always receive honest and competent answers. That's not something you can take for granted these days. I also consistently experience the reception staff as friendly and patient. This always makes me feel like I'm in good hands. I'm glad I switched here years ago by chance and due to an emergency. While my regular practice simply left me stranded in an emergency after more than 10 years, Dr. Häberlein was there immediately and took care of Elli right away. I thank all the staff for that. A very good practice with a fantastic team.

I can only express my deepest praise and gratitude. The entire team that cared for my dog ​​was always incredibly friendly, competent, and took their time. In emergencies, they even extended their breaks without any stress or fuss. My dog ​​was in pain, and I was able to come in two hours after my call. They thoroughly checked everything: ultrasound, x-rays, blood tests, etc. After that came the neutering and cruciate ligament surgery. The prices were really reasonable. Thank you for everything ❤️

Careful and dedicated animal husbandry seems to be standard practice here. The removal of several tumors went according to plan; you can tell you're dealing with professionals. For the fairly standard price of a good used car (I bought a Doblo 1.4 for €1,400, which has been running flawlessly for five years), the dog is back to his old self, running as fast as lightning – he hasn't done that in two years.
