You get an appointment very quickly, and the animal is always thoroughly examined, no matter what the issue. You're not rushed, and everything is explained clearly and stress-free. Here, we finally feel that our dog is in the best hands, and everything is being done to ensure she stays fit and healthy for a long time. :)
