We were on holiday in Bad Ems, and our dog Sam had foot surgery, so we needed to find a veterinarian who could continue caring for us while we were away. She immediately agreed to look after Sam, and she did an excellent job. She showed great empathy, experience, and passion for her profession. The price was fantastic – thank you so much!

I never usually write reviews, but I simply have to here. At the end of last year, I took my male dog to Dr. Zeller's emergency clinic with acute kidney failure. Even though she couldn't save him despite all her efforts and the referral to the hospital, she was incredibly empathetic towards me and my dog ​​and handled him with such love. She even called me again, took plenty of time, and offered me some words of encouragement. Yesterday, I saw her again as a substitute, this time with my female dog. And once again, I was amazed by how she (and her team!) interacted with both animals and people. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice! Thank you ❤️
