I think the entire team is truly fantastic. From the moment we arrive until we leave, we always feel comfortable and well looked after. The vets always take the time for a thorough examination. The veterinary assistants always pamper our dog, so he absolutely loves being there. They show patience and understanding, even with anxious dogs. And what I think is also important these days is that they try not to take money out of our pockets. They perform tests and examinations that are truly necessary. Simply fantastic. 👍🏼

I waited an hour in the waiting room, then after a brief examination, a euthanasia was performed hastily, even though the practice was already on its lunch break. Incredibly, four days later I received a call saying they didn't know what to do with the deceased animal. This is something you discuss beforehand, but when it's urgent... I wasn't aware that my only option was to hand the animal over to a pet crematorium, and this wasn't mentioned to me. Of course, this involves costs, which one should be aware of before deciding to leave the animal there. And after four days, I certainly wasn't going to pick up the animal frozen. Other veterinarians work with an animal disposal company, and it's free.

I was there for the first time today with my cat, and I'm incredibly happy. The entire team is super friendly, and they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand even without a degree. I also think it's great that they have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs. I feel like my cat is in good hands there.

Not recommended, neither in terms of price nor staffing. When I politely inquired about the pricing for euthanasia, I was first given a matter-of-fact explanation of how the price was calculated, and then, in the very next sentence, I was asked not to contact the practice again. Completely unprofessional response to a critical question. I've been to various practices with different animals, but such a curt, defensive remark suggests there's some truth to my criticism. I can't meaningfully assess their veterinary skills, as I've now ruled out using this practice altogether.
