After my third visit to this practice, I have decided to withdraw my original five-star review. During the treatment, I was not adequately informed. My teeth had already been prepared, and cotton swabs were still in my mouth because I was scheduled to receive two new small fillings, when I was suddenly told that it would be unfair to other patients if I received more fillings without any additional payment, as I would then have a total of four fillings that I hadn't paid for. Therefore, he had to use a more expensive option. However, there was no real choice or even a yes-or-no discussion – not even remotely. The decision was simply made without giving me a chance to express my opinion. At the end of the treatment, I was presented with a form to sign, even though I disagreed with the additional payment. The treatment was ultimately performed personally by the practice owner. When I was finished, I pointed out that the other fillings weren't free, but rather covered by my health insurance. There was no response to this. I was told to be satisfied with only being billed half the cost because it was such a small filling/more like a sealant. Overall, I felt I wasn't given enough information, wasn't taken seriously, and was pressured. Unfortunately, this doesn't meet my expectations for transparent and patient-centered treatment. It's a shame.

I just had a dental cleaning with Ms. Weber. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and she's a very nice member of the team. I felt I was in very good and professional hands. Thank you so much!

A super friendly team! I had periodontal treatment yesterday. The dentist was fantastic; he found the cause and really took his time with me. I'm so impressed that there are still such great doctors out there. You can't help but feel comfortable with him.
