Yesterday, our Willi was euthanized. My friend had always had very good experiences with Ms. Müller. Unfortunately, an unknown veterinarian came yesterday. Absolutely cold and completely unsympathetic. She wanted to give Willi the lethal injection immediately via IV. Both of his legs were punctured, causing him to bleed, and my friend wept bitterly. Finally, she agreed to give him anesthesia first. It was the worst euthanasia I have ever witnessed. Please don't send this woman out again.

I would like to expressly mention the loving and competent care provided by the Müller veterinary practice, even when it sometimes ends painfully. Special mention must go to Dr. Hoffmann, who took the time in her free time to end our little furry friend's suffering. There is truly nothing to criticize.

The veterinary assistants and the veterinarian are excellent. We take our horses, dogs, and sheep there and are very satisfied. They have a great deal of expertise and explain everything clearly and concisely. The whole team always tries to do everything possible.

I took my young miniature poodle mix to Annekatrin Müller's veterinary practice in Rheinsberg because of persistent diarrhea and abdominal pain, and I felt very well cared for from the very first moment. My dog ​​was examined with great care, patience, and thoroughness. Among other things, a blood test and a stool sample were taken to rule out possible causes. I especially appreciated Ms. Müller's calm and empathetic manner and her clear explanation of the next steps. She took plenty of time to answer my questions and worked with me to create a sensible treatment and feeding plan. I always felt that my pet's well-being was truly her top priority. Thanks to the expert care, we were able to get the symptoms under control. I am very grateful for the warm and professional treatment and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! 🐶💛
