A veterinarian you could only dream of! She's incredibly caring and knowledgeable – you can immediately tell that the animal is truly her priority. Technically top-notch, yet incredibly down-to-earth and empathetic. Dr. Ostermann always takes her time, explains things clearly, and involves you, the owner, in the decision-making process. Her intuition often plays a role, too – and it's proven to be spot on for us on several occasions. What I particularly appreciate is that Dr. Ostermann likes to think outside the box and carefully considers what's truly necessary – especially when administering medication. She genuinely cares about achieving the best possible outcome for her patients. The team is also incredibly friendly, helpful, and simply a pleasure to work with. The practice dog, Sister Hildegard, is a real treat for anxious or insecure dogs and is always happy to lend a hand to her boss 😉. What I especially appreciate is that Dr. Ostermann likes to think outside the box and carefully considers what's truly appropriate – especially when it comes to administering medication. Dear Uta, dear practice team, I wanted to let you know that Boy, at 9.5 years old, is doing better than ever. Whether mantrailing, tracking, or long walks – there are no more signs of lameness or a stiff gait: he's truly in great shape for his age. In all the years before I knew you, we visited countless veterinarians, clinics, and other places because of recurring joint problems, which, unfortunately, are not uncommon in large breeds. Boy has never been so well and pain-free for such a long period.
