Reviews
We have been taking our two Labrador Retrievers to Dr. Ostermann for many years and couldn't be happier. We are consistently impressed by her dedication and ambition to find the best possible solution for each animal. She also approaches new and unusual treatment methods with openness and expertise. Our dogs always feel completely at ease there and are remarkably relaxed during every visit – which is a particularly important sign for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ostermann! Thank you so much!

Dr. Ostermann is an exceptional veterinarian. She takes her time, listens attentively, and considers the whole picture instead of just applying standard solutions. I especially appreciate that she thinks outside the box and individually seeks the best options for my dogs. Highly recommended!
I participated in the medical training in a small group and I'm absolutely thrilled. The instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow. My dog used to get very stressed at the vet – after the training, her behavior has improved significantly. Dr. Ostermann, I truly appreciate the way you interact with the dogs and share your knowledge. It's clear how much experience, calmness, and empathy you bring to your work. I would definitely book another training session with you. Thank you so much for everything!
We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Ostermann. After I brought my little toy poodle, Luna, to her practice for a second opinion, she finally took the time for a truly comprehensive medical history. Despite my many worries, numerous food changes on my part (Luna is now 2.5 years old), and a long history of issues, Dr. Ostermann didn't give up but worked with us to find the cause. I was particularly impressed by her extensive experience with dogs, her excellent availability, and the fact that she was always able to schedule appointments at short notice (even on weekends). Today, Luna finally tolerates her food very well and hasn't had vomiting or diarrhea for more than six weeks, and she is visibly better—something I honestly had almost given up hope of. Especially with a small dog without many reserves, my despair was immense. I am all the more grateful that Dr. Ostermann was willing to walk this path with us. A heartfelt recommendation.
