We visited the veterinary practice on Pentecost Sunday with our Labrador, Benny. Unfortunately, our dog was so ill that he had to be put down immediately. The staff were very compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. The vet and the nurse were both very friendly and extremely kind. It was our first time at the practice, yet we received excellent advice. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for treating us like more than just patients. Thank you so much for the support, which we greatly appreciated during this difficult time.

We've been coming to Werl from Kamen for many years. Here, they don't just work hard, they put their heart and soul into it! I've almost lost count of how many times my animals' lives have been saved here! Most recently, our Arco's after a snakebite in Denmark. The amount of love the practice team showed us every day is truly exceptional. Everyone was on tenterhooks, hoping he would pull through. Since snakebites aren't common here, the veterinary team went to great lengths to find specialists to help Arco even more. I can only thank the entire practice team from the bottom of my heart! Not just for Arco, but for every visit where our animals are always warmly welcomed and wonderfully cared for. Thank you!
