We had to visit the practice on a Saturday evening for an emergency consultation. He was available on the phone immediately on the second ring. He helped assess the situation, and we drove there with our cat. The door was immediately opened in a friendly manner, and we were taken care of immediately. He seemed very professional and gave a good assessment/diagnosis, which was confirmed during a subsequent visit to the local veterinarian. Our first point of contact in the emergency was the Bachum Veterinary Practice and Mr. Müller.

We visited Mr. Müller for the first time late one evening due to an emergency. I am so grateful that he calmed me down with his expertise, sound judgment, and good sense of humor, and most importantly, he "fixed" my dog. Thank you so much! We were welcomed without any fuss, treated incredibly quickly, and were able to drive home feeling much better. While we hope it won't be necessary, we would definitely go back to Mr. Müller anytime!
