Dr. Kai Winter in Arnsberg is a fantastic veterinarian – very loving towards the animals and at the same time absolutely professional with impressive expertise. I especially appreciate how clearly he explains everything. The receptionists are also very, very nice. My dog ​​Schröder feels right at home there. Highly recommended!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Winter and the entire practice team. Mr. Winter performed our dog's tumor surgery (which thankfully gave us six more weeks together) quickly and under short anesthesia, as we requested. At no point were false hopes raised, and we were always honestly informed about the slim chances of success. He also supported us in pursuing immunotherapy, which we wanted to try. Unfortunately, the tumor was very malignant and also the cause of the anemia that ultimately led to our dog's passing at the age of 17. He was my vet for 35 years, and I was extremely happy with him and his team. In urgent cases, I would email or call, and we always received prompt assistance. He is very empathetic and never tries to pressure you into any treatments, even if it would make him money. We no longer have a pet, and I wish Kai and the entire team continued success and enjoyment in their work.
