I took our dog to Dr. Winter's emergency clinic today. The treatment was truly first-class and incredibly friendly throughout. Everyone was very kind and absolutely competent to the dog (and of course to us too 😉). In short: Highly recommended!
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Winter and the entire practice team. Mr. Winter performed our dog's tumor surgery (which thankfully gave us six more weeks together) quickly and under short anesthesia, as we requested. At no point were false hopes raised, and we were always honestly informed about the slim chances of success. He also supported us in pursuing immunotherapy, which we wanted to try. Unfortunately, the tumor was very malignant and also the cause of the anemia that ultimately led to our dog's passing at the age of 17. Thank you again so much for the whole team's support and empathy. It meant a great deal to us. Dirk and Anja
I was there today with my cat Klaus for the first time, and I have to say: what a fantastic doctor! Klaus has some health issues, but I felt very well and sensitively advised. But it's not just Dr. Winter who's great; the ladies at reception and the nurses are wonderful too.
