A fantastic vet. You can get an appointment very quickly. Surgeries are performed superbly. My dog ​​didn't feel a thing. You can't even see the scar. Simply amazing. Everyone is very friendly, takes their time, and examines thoroughly. We've been there with three dogs already; unfortunately, they had to euthanize one because he was bleeding internally. His splenic tumor ruptured, and there was truly no saving him. Ms. Hilsmann handled him very gently. Simply amazing. The practice has earned my complete trust. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They're also very friendly on the phone. Returning calls is no problem. The prices are perfectly reasonable; it's always a lot of money, but completely normal for a vet. Can't complain. I booked my first appointment online on December 30, 2025. I'll see on Monday if that works without any issues. Never going anywhere else again.

Dr. Rosenbaum is extremely friendly, takes the time to explain everything, and you feel very well cared for from the very first moment. The assistants are also consistently friendly and helpful. I am incredibly grateful that we were able to come in on short notice yesterday and that my dog ​​received immediate help for a corneal tear. The practice team deserves 5 stars. Their friendliness and competence are outstanding. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. Everyone is very friendly, and necessary callbacks are handled promptly and reliably. I feel very well cared for there with my Labrador, Mia, since switching to this practice a few years ago. Unfortunately, she's already needed three surgeries. The care has been superb—very loving and professional. The option to communicate via WhatsApp with photos to avoid unnecessary visits for the dog is fantastic. Thank you so much for being there for Mia and me. I feel very comfortable with you. A very empathetic veterinary practice. Appointments are given quickly, even in emergencies! The vets take their time, and all the veterinary assistants are friendly and helpful. We've been going to the Rosenbaum veterinary practice since the summer, as we initially wanted to find an eye specialist for our dog. The first phone call and the subsequent conversation with the veterinary assistant was fantastic. Even as non-patients, we were greeted warmly and were able to come in the same day. The staff are also incredibly kind and empathetic in person and always try to do everything they can. Our first meeting with Dr. Rosenbaum confirmed our positive impression of the practice. He's a very kind and thoughtful veterinarian who, in addition to his empathetic nature towards both animals and people, was able to help our dog with his extensive expertise. He took plenty of time for the examination, which he conducted with great calm and sensitivity, as well as for answering all our questions. We were so impressed with this wonderful experience that we decided to switch veterinarians and have been patients there ever since. We haven't regretted it for a single day. Unfortunately, our dog has an eye condition that he will have for the rest of his life. We humans are still learning how to cope, but we never feel like we're bothering the practice with our questions or repeat visits. We're always welcomed warmly and kindly. Even fearful dogs, like ours, who never used to let anyone touch him, are treated with such sensitivity here that he can now be treated effectively. Besides Dr. Rosenbaum and his team, we'd also like to thank Dr. Hilsmann, who has also given our dog excellent care.
