A very empathetic veterinary practice. Appointments are given quickly, even in emergencies! The vets take their time, and all the veterinary assistants are friendly and helpful. I am incredibly grateful that we were able to come in on short notice yesterday and that my dog ​​received immediate help for a corneal tear. If I could, I would give an infinite number of stars. First, I want to emphasize how friendly and competent the assistants are; you immediately feel well cared for. The doctor himself is also incredibly friendly and takes his time. He explains everything clearly and calmly guides you through the examination, so you feel safe at all times. The most impressive thing, however, was the treatment of our dog, Henry: Our vet had referred us, saying we should go to Dr. Rosenbaum, it would probably come down to Henry having to have his eye removed. But Dr. Rosenbaum (and my older daughter, who gave him drops every two hours) actually managed to completely heal his eye in just one week. We are incredibly grateful for that! Truly, I have already recommended him without reservation several times 💐🫂

We had to bring our dog here due to an emergency and felt very comfortable and well cared for from the very first minute. The staff and Mr. Rosenbaum himself are incredibly kind and understanding and took wonderful care of us and our furry friend. This has led us to come back here again and again in the future.
