Due to an emergency involving my Golden Retriever, I visited the emergency clinic late one evening! From the initial phone call to the examination, my "Goldie" received expert care in a gentle and pleasant atmosphere! I will continue to make the trip from Iserlohn in the future (hopefully only for routine checkups), because I feel my dog ​​is in very good hands there!

For over two years, this has been our trusted veterinary practice. Ms. Kloppsteck possesses unparalleled expertise. She is absolutely reliable in her diagnoses and treatments and incredibly empathetic; our dogs love going to her. Even the final farewell is handled with utmost dignity and respect. We are eternally grateful to Ms. Kloppsteck for her medical care to date.
