Reviews
A few days ago, on a Saturday, we went to the emergency vet because our cat was visibly unwell after dental surgery. She wouldn't or couldn't eat or drink. We received excellent care, and the vet took plenty of time to thoroughly examine her mouth, which requires a great deal of dexterity with our cat. An inflamed area was discovered that hadn't healed properly. We received very detailed advice and, after treatment with antibiotics and pain medication, we went home feeling much better. Our cat was already feeling significantly better that same evening.
We took my mother's cat there on Christmas Eve. The first impression was okay. They were quite nice on the phone and in person. But in the examination room, it was the complete opposite. The vet came in wearing thick hemp shoes. He didn't even ask if the cat would let him treat her. After an injection and some medication, we were sent home. No further examination. Her condition only improved minimally. Yesterday, at our regular vet, it turned out that her inflammation markers were elevated. She has mild jaundice due to not eating and a heart murmur. It's questionable whether we should go back to the emergency clinic. But that's probably due to the constantly changing staff. Luckily, the cat is doing better now with the right medication.
Everyone was very friendly, we got an appointment at short notice and didn't have to wait long at the practice. The treatment was professional and stress-free for our dog. I can recommend this practice.
Unfortunately, we haven't had good experiences with this practice. We saw a different vet every time. The diagnosis wasn't correct either. A small wound between his toes suddenly turned into a supposed abscess, which then turned out to be a fistula at another vet's office. Now my dog needs surgery. I already had a bad feeling during the last treatment at the emergency vet clinic. I would have preferred to stop the treatment altogether. That was the last time I went there.
Best veterinarian, truly cares about the animals' needs. Complete satisfaction and simply super friendly.
