This practice, or rather the entire team, is distinguished by exceptional competence, friendliness, and empathy. It really stands out! We've seen three doctors so far, all of whom, like the assistants, were exceptionally kind and competent. Everything was explained very clearly, so my anxieties were completely alleviated. The surgery itself was absolutely straightforward, and I felt truly understood. There is ample parking available at the building, and there is usually no waiting time. If I could, I would give more than five stars. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

I'm trying to describe everything as thoroughly as possible. They are very difficult to reach by phone. I booked an appointment online, and that worked very well. We took our dog there for the first time for an ultrasound. The ultrasound went as planned, and the vet wanted to do a more detailed ultrasound with a newer machine, so we waited in the examination room. He came in briefly and asked if I had been able to contact the veterinary clinic (regarding the previous diagnosis). Of course, no problem. Then he came back with our dog, and a blood sample was taken without our consent or discussion. Apparently, he pricked the dog twice. We definitely would not have consented to that, as the ultrasound was normal. I find it absolutely outrageous to perform an examination without the owner's permission and without even being present. We weren't charged for the blood draw, and the blood was discarded, but we will never go back to this practice. From what I've read, we're not the first to have experienced this. The blood draw wasn't charged to us, and the blood sample was discarded. On the positive side, they took a lot of time for the ultrasound. Whether that was due to a lack of knowledge or a thorough examination, I can't say. We prefer to go back to our veterinary clinic, and we're happy to travel further for that. They provide very clear explanations, discuss every examination, and carefully consider whether it's even necessary. The price is the same as at the veterinary clinic.

A truly wonderful practice that we wholeheartedly recommend. On the advice of our physiotherapist, we wanted to have our dog's joints x-rayed again and also had an ultrasound done at the same time. This revealed that our dog needed to be spayed soon. We've therefore become regulars at the practice over the past few weeks, and there hasn't been a single appointment where we didn't feel completely well cared for. The veterinary assistants always greet and treat us with great friendliness. Our vet, Mr. Güven, has always been so attentive at every appointment. Everything was always explained in great detail, and he always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. He's an absolutely empathetic doctor who always tried to make the treatment as comfortable as possible for our anxious dog. A thousand thanks for that!

Very nice and attentive staff, doctors are professional and handle the animals very good. I am customer since 3 years with 3 cats and would recommend this place.
