The most amazing vet in the world; even our anxious cat went through with it without a hitch. Unfortunately, we only met him six months ago. It's a shame he's retiring now. He deserves it. We thank him and his wife for their warm hospitality and wish them all the best.

What a fantastic doctor and team! We went to Dr. Ertel and his team in an emergency (after our dog ran into a piece of broken glass) after being turned away by our regular vet and everyone else. We were warmly welcomed and our dog received excellent care. Thank you so much for being a veterinarian like you who doesn't turn you away in such a situation. I highly recommend this practice.

Appointments were available very quickly. Very friendly reception. Clean practice. No long waiting times. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money! Not expensive at all! We would go back anytime; our Snoopy wasn't traumatized at all afterwards ❤️🥰

This veterinarian and his wife are incredibly helpful and friendly. Both pets and their owners feel comfortable and understood here. Questions are answered calmly and at any time. I also appreciated their prompt follow-up regarding treatment. My cat received the most loving and gentle care here, unlike anywhere else I've experienced. Highly recommended. The best vet! We take our cats and dog there. Everything is incredibly friendly and straightforward. Everything is explained clearly, and he and his wife really take their time. We gladly make the slightly longer drive; we're completely satisfied. (Price-wise, too.)
