Dr. Feser is a very sensitive and empathetic veterinarian who helped my little dog tremendously. I highly recommend her. She was very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks to the treatment, my dog ​​was feeling much better the very next day. I would also like to mention the receptionist and the assistant, who were exceptionally friendly.

After a long, unsuccessful treatment at a veterinary practice in Ettlingen, Dr. Feser was able to help within a day, treating my cat properly, explaining everything clearly, and handling the animal very well. She and her team do a great job. My cat had been scratching herself, had barely any fur left, and was aggressive. After finally receiving the right treatment, she is cuddling again, purring, coming to the children, and playing with the other cat again. Thank you!!!

Excellent practice team. Thanks to Dr. Feser, our dog was able to enjoy a few more years of her old age. Our guinea pig is also in the best hands here. Excellent advice, and thanks to the wonderful atmosphere, you always feel very at home. Dr. Feser is absolutely top-notch in her field and covers all medical areas.

I've been seeing Dr. Feser with my cat, Mira, for about two years now and I'm very satisfied. Everyone at the practice, the team, and Dr. Feser herself, are really nice. They always take plenty of time to explain everything. Everyone treats the animal with great sensitivity. We always get an appointment quickly, even in an emergency. Since it's an appointment-only practice, you're usually alone in the waiting room. This means it's quiet and stress-free for patients. You can always find a parking space nearby on the street. A vet with a heart for both animals and people—I highly recommend her!

I strongly advise anyone who isn't very well-off to avoid this practice! Ms. Feser, you'll probably have my review removed from Google anyway (as well as all the other negative reviews, presumably), but it would be considered "failure to render assistance" if I hadn't at least tried to warn others about you. I'm still in contact with my lawyer because I was charged €318 for a vaccination appointment that, against my will, turned into much more than just the vaccination. The entire procedure is anything but transparent. Tons of data are required before you're even treated; data that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the simple treatment and is of a private nature. I've never had to give permission to withdraw undefined amounts from my account anywhere else in Germany; this only happens at this practice. I could go on forever, but it's pointless... So, if you're into high costs, prefer double or triple the usual rates, and want treatment you never asked for, then this practice is absolutely the right place for you. Let's see what hypocritical response follows or how long my review stays public... IN MY OPINION, IT'S A COMPLETE RIP-OFF, TO PUT IT IN A BRIEF WAY! Addendum: Ms. Feser's legal insurance company contacted me. The demand: "(...) remove the review in question as soon as possible or amend it favorably," in exchange for a €50 refund. I'm not willing to sell my freedom of speech for €50! Unfortunately, many people apparently see it differently... Nevertheless, I wanted to comply with your request; I hope you're satisfied with the result. ``` My suspicion that Ms. Feser is taking action against negative reviews, and therefore the average rating of her practice on Google doesn't reflect reality, seems to have been confirmed. Also interesting: Ms. Feser repeatedly promised to delete all my data; the only question is, where did the law firm suddenly get my mobile phone number and email address? Data protection isn't taken very seriously, and no, this isn't defamation, just my personal impression. Should my suspicion in this regard be confirmed, there will be legal consequences for you, Ms. Feser. Data protection is not a trivial offense; I hope you know that. What changes were made? a) Some changes were made to the writing style to downplay supposedly defamatory statements and to clarify that these are MY OPINION and not supposedly objective facts. b) In addition, a factually accurate account of the recent events was provided.
