Very nice veterinary assistant. The great thing was the option to book an appointment online. The menu guides you easily through what, when, where, and why. It took about 5 minutes to determine the sex of my corn snake. €22.59 is well within the price range.

Monika Kestler, what makes you so sure that Dr. Kraut mistreated your dog? Are you a veterinarian? I find such statements very questionable. With our last German Shepherd, he strongly advised us to take him to the Ettlingen Veterinary Clinic for evaluation due to various problems (the dog was almost 14 years old). Unfortunately, the result wasn't what we expected. We've now taken our third dog to Dr. Kraut and are still very satisfied.

A wonderfully kind, competent, patient, and empathetic veterinarian and extremely courteous, skilled veterinary assistants. Every concern and question is taken seriously, and appointments are scheduled quickly and easily. Results are communicated and explained as soon as possible. This is truly exceptional. We feel very well cared for and thank them most sincerely!

Easy appointment scheduling - quick responses - the cat neutering procedure went absolutely smoothly on both occasions. Highly recommended.
