One of the best "Kleintierpraxis" I've ever been in. The staff is the best I've ever seen and the "Tierärztinnen sind beide Hervorragend". They take their time and are very concerned for both the Patient and the owners as well as being able to explain things and answer any question in an understandable manner. Thank You all for being here !!

We've been going to Dr. Schonder since the practice opened, so for many, many years now. She has a wonderful way with animals. Best veterinarian ever. Her staff are also absolutely lovely. Our cat will soon be 15, and we hope he'll stay with us for a long time to come. Thanks to Dr. Schonder, I'm quite confident he will.

We took our very anxious dog there, and we were truly impressed by the loving care we received. We saw Ms. Otto, and she was incredibly friendly, patient, and empathetic. She took plenty of time, explained everything calmly, and treated our dog wonderfully, without any stress or pressure. The entire team was also very welcoming, and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. We felt we were in excellent hands professionally – superb advice, a competent examination, and it was immediately clear that the animal's well-being was their top priority. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this practice! 🐾😊

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. With my dog, I had the impression that the veterinarian didn't listen to my description of the illness at all. Instead, she treated symptoms that she herself mentioned, but which, in my opinion, didn't apply to my dog. I didn't feel taken seriously or given good advice. The veterinary assistants also seemed to lack empathy. Overall, it gives the impression that they prioritize speed over individualized care. We definitely won't be going back.
