We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and it was immediately clear that the staff have a genuine love for animals. Our dog was treated with great calm, patience, and empathy. The veterinarian took her time, explained everything clearly, and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. The price was also perfectly reasonable. For the service provided, there's really nothing to complain about. You can tell that it's not just about the money here, but primarily about the well-being of the animals. We were particularly impressed by the follow-up care even after the appointment. We were explicitly told to contact them again anytime to discuss the healing process. This demonstrates their genuine commitment to the animal's long-term health. The veterinarian is also very attentive to our pet's well-being. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
