We are incredibly grateful for the veterinary practice of Dr. Wolf in Creußen and wholeheartedly recommend it. Dr. Wolf and his daughter, Ms. Rettbrecht, are two exceptionally dedicated and competent veterinarians who are always there for us with advice and support. You can immediately tell how much experience, heart, and passion they put into their work. We would especially like to emphasize that they were available to us even during difficult times. This reliability and compassion mean so much and give you a great sense of security. A practice where not only the animals but also the people behind them are taken seriously and understood – simply wonderful!
I took my dog to the emergency vet on Sunday. They clarified the situation over the phone and started preparing for surgery while we were driving there. When we arrived, Dr. Wolf and his wife were incredibly kind. We were allowed to be present for almost every step leading up to the surgery and were brought back inside immediately afterward, before our dog even woke up. The price also pleasantly surprised us; for the surgery on a Sunday evening emergency, we paid less than all the follow-up treatments (stitch removal, bandage changes, etc.) cost at our regular vet. Of course, I hope we don't have to see them again anytime soon, but I'd gladly go back anytime!
