We called around 17:30 to schedule an appointment for our cat who had a ruptured abscess/tumor on the side of her face and were able to be seen first thing in the morning. Dr. Schmidt removed the mass, kept it to show me, stitched her up, had her in a cone with antibiotics, and made sure I understood the course of treatment before I left. Very good English (I don't speak German), very knowledgeable and communicative, overall a great and affordable (by American standards) experience, and our cat is recuperating nicely!
They were able to get us in the same day and were very nice and professional. They were very nice to my dog and made him feel safe. Thank you, Dr. Schmidt and staff for excellent service! ❤️
So rude ppl. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. When I brought my sick pet in, I felt that the staff lacked clear communication and compassion during a very stressful time. As a pet owner, you want to feel supported and informed, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. If you truly care about your pet’s well-being and want better communication, you may want to consider other options.
Not recommended!! Friday, January 2nd, 2026. According to the website, they're open until 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:42 PM to find everything dark. I rang the bell, and lo and behold, someone was there. When I explained to the woman that I had an emergency case involving a cat whose left side of its face was covered in pus, I was told, "Sorry, you always need an appointment here. We're already closed," and the door was locked. Thanks for nothing, what a great doctor!!
