Not recommended!! Friday, January 2nd, 2026. According to the website, they're open until 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:42 PM to find everything dark. I rang the bell, and lo and behold, someone was there. When I explained to the woman that I had an emergency case involving a cat whose left side of its face was covered in pus, I was told, "Sorry, you always need an appointment here. We're already closed," and the door was locked. Thanks for nothing, what a great doctor!!
Mr. and Mrs. Schmidt are very friendly and competent. My older cat suddenly became ill, and they helped me several times at short notice. Also, German is not my native language, and they spoke excellent English, which was very reassuring during this stressful time. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my cat.
