Reviews
Always reachable in emergencies, with immediate reception, quick check-up of the dog, vaccinations administered, preventative care taken, advice on nutrition and future training of the animal provided, and priority given to the concerns of those currently present. Here you can tell that the animal's well-being is paramount! They also apologized for the "high" price, which is incomparably low compared to veterinary practices in my area of Wolfsburg. Fast, competent treatment by a very competent veterinarian whose many years of experience are evident, with a loving approach to the animal and wonderful support from his wife.
A truly kind and empathetic veterinarian, and so is his wife. He's always available, listens attentively, and is very thoughtful. Our two cats are in very good hands here. Thank you so much.
The practice is really great and they cater to individual needs. The prices are perfectly reasonable and the service is excellent. Our two cats were neutered and they also did a free ultrasound check-up. The opening hours are convenient for everyone.
It's always best to call ahead. As far as I know, consultation hours are always in the evenings, starting no earlier than 5 pm, depending on how busy they are during the day. He's out on appointments during the day. On weekends, he takes in emergencies. He and his assistant are always very friendly. My dog goes there for his vaccinations without a peep, and when he had severe knee pain (of course, on a Saturday), we were able to drop by spontaneously to get it sorted out. I appreciate that he's not stuffed with treats, because he can't tolerate many of them. I've also had vets who didn't ask about allergies beforehand, and before I knew it, a treat was in his mouth. In that case, I'd rather have none at all. It works just fine. Cash and card payments are accepted. An invoice or just a receipt can be printed upon request.
I would like to sincerely thank the Runow Veterinary Clinic for the excellent care my dog received. After my dog needed professional teeth cleaning under anesthesia, I was a little worried. However, the Runow Veterinary Clinic spoke with me sensitively and patiently, answered all my questions, and made me feel that my dog was in the best possible hands. The teeth cleaning was performed perfectly, and my dog came through the procedure without any complications. Even after the treatment, they took plenty of time to explain everything to me in detail and give me helpful tips for at-home care. I highly recommend the Runow Veterinary Clinic – especially for all pet owners who, like me, value gentle treatment of their beloved animals.
