Unfortunately, it's very disappointing. I was treated very rudely on the phone by the emergency service. It was simply a question of a tablet, which unfortunately no pharmacy carried, and which was urgently needed. I'm well aware that salaries have to be paid, and veterinarians don't live on air and love. But charging the emergency fee plus VAT and the value of the tablet for a tablet is, in my opinion, outrageous. This was a wild animal that desperately needed help.

Highly recommended! We were a new patient today and had a short-notice appointment due to a minor emergency, as our regular vet was closed. After calling ahead, we were able to come in immediately and received a very friendly welcome. The dog was thoroughly examined, and everything was explained in detail. The vet and her assistant took plenty of time with us. We felt very well cared for and would gladly return anytime.

Deepest gratitude and highest appreciation for an incredibly competent veterinarian and a wonderful woman. We wouldn't want to go to any other practice. Friendly, immediate treatment, expert advice, and a fantastic team. It couldn't be better.

We had an emergency over the weekend, and Ms. Lorenz-Schubert took excellent care of us. She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely competent and empathetic. She calmed us down and eased our anxiety. I have rarely experienced such good care from other veterinarians; we will gladly return anytime.

I'm extremely happy there and will go back anytime if there's a problem with my dogs! Everyone is incredibly friendly and explains everything brilliantly. One of my dogs had an operation there, which I was terrified of, but they calmed my fears, and I got my little Charly back safe and sound. I highly recommend the practice.
