November 18, 2025 ⭐ 1/5 – If possible, I would give 0 stars I was at this veterinary practice today at 8:30 a.m. with my dachshund – in my arms because he couldn't walk anymore. I immediately explained that he had been very ill since yesterday, that he has heart problems, and that he takes heart medication daily. A clear emergency. However, the response at the door was: The vet was "not there yet," even though the practice was officially supposed to open at 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. And even if the vet did eventually show up, the waiting room was "already full," and I should drive on and try my luck elsewhere. For a seriously ill dog. Without any attempt to assess the situation. A complete lack of empathy. On top of that, an extremely unprofessional and distant-accusatory demeanor that gives the impression that animals are treated here more like "numbers" – not as living beings in urgent need of help. Luckily, I subsequently found another veterinarian who examined my dog ​​immediately without any waiting time. It turned out he had a high fever and a tick-borne blood infection – life-threatening. He was just a few steps away from collapsing. Had I followed this practice's recommendation to continue searching or wait until the evening, my dog ​​probably wouldn't have survived. I absolutely do not recommend this practice and strongly advise against relying on them in an emergency. A complete lack of expertise, no sense of emergencies, and a very callous, unprofessional treatment of patients – in this case, sick animals. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

High level of expertise, everyone is very friendly, we have been receiving excellent help here for many years, whether it's for chickens, dogs, cats, horses or sheep.

As always, I'm very satisfied with Mr. Günther and his fantastic team. My two dogs and three cats are always very well cared for. Sometimes it takes a second attempt, but then it's perfect. Thank you! 😺👍
