We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Goy once again. Unfortunately, our dog became so ill last Sunday that we had to have him euthanized. Dr. Goy was there for us during this difficult time, offering great empathy and a listening ear. He even took our dog in, even though we don't live in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district. Thank you for your compassion and support.

We were there with our two boys (dogs) and immediately felt comfortable and welcome. They are very competent and warm, take their time, and provide excellent advice. You feel very valued and they have a great deal of empathy.

Thank you so much! My cat and I received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. I got lots of tips and tricks for administering his medication and some great grooming advice. Even my cat was completely relaxed and let them do everything. The team really took their time and exuded a calm and collected atmosphere. I was a little worried about the bill, since they really spent so much time with us, but it was very fair and justified. We will definitely be making the trip to Gusborn for future visits.
