I arrived at the practice with my cat as an emergency case shortly after calling. The examination was very thorough, and I went home with a diagnosis and medication. They didn't try to sell me any unnecessary tests (like at the previous practice), and the costs were reasonable. The follow-up examination and vaccination were also done there, and I will continue to go there.
