Very rude on the phone. I called because my cat wasn't feeling well and my vet was unfortunately closed. Everything was put off until tomorrow. Luckily, I had already called another practice who examined my cat anyway.
She explained everything to us in detail, what needed to be done, and what was wrong with our little mouse! Very empathetic and really takes her time! The price is really, really good compared to others! More than satisfied and highly recommended!
