Super competent and very nice, but our dog sees things a little differently and prefers to hide.
For standard diagnoses and vaccinations, it's okay, but if things get a bit more complicated, I can only advise against it. You're better off going to a different vet. That's been my experience, because another vet was able to help my pet very well, whereas this practice is clearly reaching its limits.
Claudia and her team have been our lifesavers for generations of dogs. They saved our last dog's life several times, giving her a wonderful 15 years (the average lifespan of this breed is 12 years). We feel perfectly cared for, and all the animals are treated very well.
Highly recommended this small vet clinic at the outskirts of Vienna. It’s not as accessible as some in the city, but their staff is fantastic in treating you and your beloved pets with care, love and respect. They got recommended to me by a fellow pet rat enthusiast, and the vets there are absolutely lovely when handling my rats, and show great knowledge about them. I have full confidence in their abilities, and the clinic became my go to place from the first visit on, despite the hassle of getting there.
Excellent care for our two little bunnies
