A veterinarian with a big heart. She doesn't work to get rich, but because she loves animals.

My little dog tore his claw this morning. He was in a lot of pain and was bleeding. Since we live around the corner from the vet's office, I decided to contact them. After several attempts to reach the vet (without success), I decided to go to the office in person to see if they were available. I got there around 9:15. Since Google doesn't list opening hours, I just walked in. When I rang the bell, the vet opened the door in her bathrobe and said, "What had occurred to me to just drop by?" that she was sick, and then she started yelling at me. When I apologized and tried to explain the situation and everything, she wasn't interested at all and was very mean. I also pointed out to her that they don't have opening hours listed online and that I wasn't sure, but she simply replied that she didn't care and that she didn't need that kind of thing. The most unfriendly situation I've ever experienced. It really hurts me how they treat animals and people. I really can't recommend them.... We finally went to Dr. Fenn's veterinary practice. A very kind and friendly doctor. I would happily recommend her...

She is very competent and doesn't do anything unnecessary to the animals to make money; she truly cares about the animals.

The opening hours are terrible; we live right nearby but can't reach anyone at the number given.
