Dr. Stegemann is a great vet. She has a small practice in Rumpenheim. She speaks great English is very patient and loves her furry patients. Highly recommend.

Can only recommend, I was looking for a veterinarian for an urgent appointment for my cat and she managed to fit us quickly in her schedule. She is extremely competent, nice and my cat trusted her immediately. I am so happy I found her.

The best vet you could imagine, absolutely honest and friendly. She's simply top-notch in her field.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend veterinarian Stegemann in Offenbach. I went there to have my two male cats neutered because I was able to get an appointment very quickly, as they were marking heavily. I had a bad feeling from the very first visit: the practice seemed untidy, dark, and not particularly hygienic. Furthermore, Dr. Stegemann had no staff; she was simultaneously the receptionist, assistant, and veterinarian, which later became apparent. Due to illness, I was unable to attend a follow-up appointment and canceled it in a timely manner via email. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. No one answered the phone either, and further attempts to contact her went unanswered. Today, almost two years later, I have the impression that the neutering of one of my male cats may not have been performed correctly, as he is again marking heavily and trying to mount the other male cat. Additionally, the wound on my other male cat didn't heal properly, which was particularly distressing without access to aftercare. Friendliness alone is not enough when communication, support, and professional diligence are lacking. Overall, very disappointing.

Best vet ever. I often helped out there when I was younger and learned so much that I still gratefully use today. She always helped all my animals, too; she even saved my dog ​​(who has since passed away) when she had pyometra, so she got to enjoy a few more wonderful years. I was allowed to assist with every treatment and learn so much. Thank you so much for those amazing times ❤️
