Tierarztpraxis Dr. Fenn

I saw injured cat at Rödernstraße today. It unfortunately had a lot of blood but still moving. I found this tierarzt and run there for help. The lady there told me that it is “sprechstunde” and they cant go out. Even i asked them to hurry and to do something, they just gave me gloves… It is literally just 1 min walking distance from their place. I can not understand and believe how one Tierarzt can not do anything about this! When i was back i asked other lady to help but unfortunately it was late for beautiful cat, the lady called the police and gave the address. I dont know the rules or laws about the sprechstunde but humanity is the most important thing..Total disappointment…

Came here to get a EU pet passport for our dog when we arrived in Germany and came back months later for the health certificate to fly when leaving and both times the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Best veterinary in Offenbach! They are motivated, friendly and help even in out of the ordinary circumstances. First come- first served. It is a passionate team, knows their way around animals, very hardworking, go for the extra mile to help the patient. If you love your pet, this team will do everything available to help them. I take my cat there and I have only perfect experiences. Definitely recommend it. The prices are good-cheap and they have everything available to treat a dog/cat. Don’t know if they treat other pets too. Also if you are searching for a new pet, they have the connections.
