My 14-year-old Chihuahua needed a hysterectomy, was seen immediately, and had the surgery the very next day. The wound healed perfectly, and the follow-up appointments went flawlessly. Thank you so much for the quick help!
A few years ago, my cat became very ill; he wouldn't eat. After dental surgery and several weeks of searching, it was probably cancer; he noticeably deteriorated. Euthanizing was the hardest thing in my life; he had been my most loyal companion for many years. Deciding that my dearest friend had to die by a certain date was tough. This made the treatment there all the more difficult for me. It was just before closing time, I was sitting in my car, the last rays of sunlight slanting into my cat's cage. We were then asked to come in twice—they were just about to call it a day, I realized that. In the treatment room, the cat was given a sedative injection. He jumped off the bed and crawled listlessly around the floor, then I was asked to leave the room. I'll never forget that image; I felt like I'd let him down, at the last moment. Today I read an article by a veterinarian that the most important thing for animals, just as it is for humans, is that they are not left alone by their loved ones at the end. I am deeply traumatized by this experience and often think about this image. In retrospect, my refusal to give him morphine in the last week of his life was just torture; I should have been given clearer explanations about it. I know that euthanizing animals is part of a veterinarian's daily routine. However, I found it undignified and lacking in empathy, and I wouldn't wish such an experience on anyone.
A truly wonderful veterinary practice! All the veterinarians and receptionists are incredibly kind, empathetic, and always take plenty of time – both for the animals and for the people behind them. You always feel taken seriously and in the best possible hands. We are especially grateful that our dog wasn't given up on too quickly and that the team fought alongside us for her life. When she ultimately had to be euthanized, we were treated with dignity. We will never forget this compassionate support. Thank you so much for your heartfelt compassion and dedication – we wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
I can only say positive things. I have never experienced such a compassionate and warm practice before. Both the animal and the owner receive reliable and competent care. I am very happy that my cat is treated there. 12/10 stars
This practice comes highly recommended. A friendly team, they don't immediately prescribe antibiotics and are very attentive to the animal's needs. We wish more places like this existed. Thank you so much for everything.
