I've been taking my small animals to Dr. Steinhart for some time now. Last week, I had an acute emergency with my guinea pig. Due to time constraints, I had to send a family member along as a substitute. After a brief examination, my guinea pig was treated. It was immediately pain-free and showed a significant improvement in its overall condition that same evening. Medication was prescribed, and instructions on how to administer it were explained. During the appointment, we also discussed the next steps should the guinea pig not improve. Value for money: very good Friendliness: very good No waiting time.
