Tierärztliche Klinik Gessertshausen Altano

I will forever be grateful to the staff in this clinic. They saved our 14 months old french buldog that got very sick, very suddenly. We just moved to Germany so we haven't had our personal vet yet, or had him insured or spoke German. While other hospitals turned us down despite the fact he had 39,4 °C fever, he was dehydrated and he had severe infection, this emergency clinic accepted us kindly, treated us respectively and professionally. They checked him thoroughly, prescribed the right treatment for him, and saved his life. The costs were shockingly low. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and special thanks to Maria L.

This place is wonderful. You can feel the care everyone there has for animals and their act in their best interest. This is a relief after my experience with a different animal hospital were it was all very much about money and it just felt like a business without care for the animal being the priority, basically the difference was compassion. And this place has its priorities right. Thank you! PS it was a lower cost than they quoted me. I love these guys. They don’t take advantage of people who love their pets and might be scared, worried and stressed when their beloved pet has a health issue. Thank you for taking care of the humans also.

Real good dr and a specialist dentist. Our cats are good with it. The clinic is easy to reach and has good opening hours. Very nice separate waiting areas for cars and dogs

Spacious, with large number of examination rooms for all species and available doctors. The whole area is very big, 50 boxes for horses and all essential and specialized diagnostic equipment. Very kind and helpful staff. Parking available in front of the clinic.

The one start is ONLY for the attention of the responsible of the employees ( entrance desk ) . At my arrival I had to go check in the horse I brought for staying . Was incredibly bad attended by a very rude older lady with colored things in the air , and later by a younger 25 +- with glasses . Both refused to give their names on my request. In 10 years living in Germany I have never done or write a comment like this . So you can judge / imagin who it felt . I’m clearly not native German , but today I felt clearly not welcome . I asked - how did you get your jog if you can’t talk a word of English ? Answer was - we are in Germany we talk German 😳. My report only expects that no one else , ever again is “ welcome “ like I did . Luckily after I went to deliver the horse , found a very lovely and sympathetic young lady named HERZOG . For her I give 5💫. I was recommended by a fantastic vet and friend to come here to this hospital . He believes the professionals are highly qualified. And I belive so too . After writing down some documents , I got such a lousy explanation TO how to get to the stables. There are much working zone and a few stables. I was just told - Drive around and you will find ( with a face of someone who was about to vomit ) . Please 🙏🏻 check out on those employees, you have an outstanding facility, all looks 5 stars . I can defend my self and I’m not afraid of ugly / grumpy faces . But some people might be . So please , I ask to check out this situations . Feel free to reach me and I will explain more if needed.
