Contact during her on-call hours was a complete disaster. Just excuses: she's only a small practice and had already performed an emergency C-section with her team the day before, and had other appointments starting early the next morning. In other words, she couldn't be bothered to get her team out of bed in the middle of the night. Why would anyone give on-call shifts to a vet like that if she doesn't want to be there and would rather sit in front of the TV? Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option!

For various reasons, we changed vets with the animals and, on the recommendation of friends, went to Dr. Painter landed. An absolute jackpot so far for the animals and us! Starting with the friendliness in practice, or on the phone, and dealing with dogs and cats is really great!!! We can only recommend the practice and its team! Update 12/12/23: Male cat castration - the little one is doing really well. Survived the operation really well. Thank you Dr. Majer and her team! Updates 11/25/24: We have now completed several visits to the Majer practice team. All we can say is that we are 100% satisfied and have not regretted the decision to change. A big compliment to Ms. Majer and her team!!!

Worst practice ever! I called in the evening because my dog ​​was in pain, collapsed, and was panting heavily. The only response I got on the phone was dismissive: "I don't have time, I'm not taking any appointments, I have a morning appointment." I haven't experienced such an outrageous practice in a long time. They should just close the place down and leave the emergency service alone. Anyone seeking help here is out of luck.

Even in the middle of the night, the people were friendly and caring! We were there as an emergency case and were very satisfied.
