For various reasons, we switched veterinarians for our pets and, on the recommendation of friends, ended up with Dr. Maler. For the animals and for us, it's been an absolute jackpot! From the friendliness in the practice, and even on the phone, to the way she handles dogs and cats – simply wonderful!!! We can wholeheartedly recommend the practice and her team! Update 12/12/23: Tomcat neutered – the little guy is doing great. He came through the surgery perfectly. Many thanks to Dr. Majer and her team! Update 11/25/24: We've now had several visits to the Majer practice team. We can only say that we are 100% satisfied and haven't regretted our decision to switch. A big thank you to Dr. Majer and her team!!!

Even in the middle of the night, the people were friendly and caring! We were there as an emergency case and were very satisfied.

Worst practice ever! I called in the evening because my dog ​​was in pain, collapsed, and was panting heavily. The only response I got on the phone was dismissive: "I don't have time, I'm not taking any appointments, I have a morning appointment." I haven't experienced such an outrageous practice in a long time. They should just close the place down and leave the emergency service alone. Anyone seeking help here is out of luck.

Contact during her on-call hours was a complete disaster. Just excuses: she's only a small practice and had already performed an emergency C-section with her team the day before, and had other appointments starting early the next morning. In other words, she couldn't be bothered to get her team out of bed in the middle of the night. Why would anyone give on-call shifts to a vet like that if she doesn't want to be there and would rather sit in front of the TV? Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option!
