I don't understand how the good reviews come about; negative ones, like mine, are probably deleted. My dog ​​was close to death today. This practice didn't care at all, since I didn't have an appointment and wasn't a regular patient. There was only one other patient in the waiting room, and I explained my dog's condition! Despite this, I was referred to an emergency clinic miles away, even though I told them my dog ​​wouldn't make it! It's so sad that these people claim to be working for animal welfare!

We were on holiday in Kühlungsborn and spontaneously brought our dog to the veterinary practice because of acute swelling of her tongue. Despite the practice being fully booked, we were greeted very warmly, and the dog was examined and treated with great professionalism and even loving care. She's doing well again, and our holiday was saved! Many thanks to the entire team! If we lived here, this would be our veterinary practice.

We were on holiday in our campervan. Our dog Carl went swimming in the Baltic Sea and ended up with a lamb's tail. We drove there on a whim, and Carl was welcomed and treated incredibly warmly. We were able to continue enjoying our holiday and would like to say thank you again. The staff were so lovely; we would love to come back anytime! 🙏🙏🙏
